百度双重上市在即：股东特别大会批准所有决议_我的网站

一 |     8月26日消息，今日，百度集团于香港联合交易所发布公告，公司在当日召开的股东特别大会上，全部表决通过2026年7月27日股东特别大会通告所载的各项决议案。

    从7月16日董事会授权启动双重主要上市转换、7月22日港交所确认受理相关申请，再到8月26日股东特别大会表决落地，百度接连走完多个关键流程，整体推进节奏明显超出市场此前预期。     据了解，目前百度在港属于二次上市，上市地位依附纳斯达克美股主市场，并不满足港股通纳入标准，内地海量投资者资金无法直接参与投资。    一旦双重主要上市完成，南向资金将成为重要增量资金。

三 | 叠加百度昆仑芯、AI云、大模型、AI智能体、无人驾驶构建起的 “芯 — 云 — 模 — 体” 全栈AI布局，市场对其AI业务价值的关注度将持续走高。
